1. General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the tkv6 online gaming platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("User", "you"). By using the tkv6 website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account on tkv6 and use the platform's services, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. Account registration by minors is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and complete.
• Each person may operate only one account. tkv6 reserves the right to cancel multiple accounts found to belong to the same person.
• The account must be registered for personal use and in your own name only.
• tkv6 may request a national identity card or other government-issued ID at any time for identity verification.

Providing false information at registration may result in permanent account cancellation and forfeiture of any deposited funds and winnings.

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

tkv6 may carry out a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process when required to ensure financial security. You may be asked to submit your national identity card, passport, or other relevant documents. tkv6 reserves the right to hold withdrawal processing until KYC verification is complete.

3. Account Security & Responsibility

The security of your tkv6 account is entirely your own responsibility. You must follow the guidelines below:

• Use a strong, unique password and do not share it with anyone.
• Sharing your login credentials (username and password) with any third party is strictly prohibited.

• Allowing others to use your account or gaming on behalf of someone else is prohibited.

You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. tkv6 will not be liable for any loss resulting from misuse of your account or third-party access.

4. Financial Transactions & Payments

4.1 Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on tkv6 is ৳500 per method. We support the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). Deposits made through methods other than those approved are not accepted.

Deposits must be sent from your own bank or mobile financial service account. Funds sent from a third-party account will not be accepted and will be returned.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount on tkv6 is ৳800. Successful withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawal requests are only accepted through verified and approved methods.

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirements of all active bonuses have been met.
• tkv6 reserves the right to hold large withdrawals until identity verification is complete.
• Withdrawal requests must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• If fraud is suspected, a withdrawal may be held pending investigation.

4.3 Currency & Transaction Errors

All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). If an incorrect credit occurs due to a technical error, tkv6 reserves the right to correct that amount. It is your responsibility to notify our support team immediately if you notice any erroneous transaction in your account.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

tkv6 provides various bonuses and promotional offers for its users. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. The maximum ৳20,000 bonus applies to deposits of ৳34,000 or more.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus funds only, not the deposit). For example: for a ৳1,200 bonus, the wagering required is ৳18,000 (1,200 × 15), meaning you must place a total of ৳18,000 in bets before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has a set validity period — if the conditions are not met within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• Specific games or sections may be designated for using a bonus.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they only become withdrawable after the specified wagering requirements have been completed.
• tkv6 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6. Gaming Rules

The tkv6 platform offers various gaming experiences including cricket betting, slot games, live casino, and fishing games. Each game has its own rules, which are displayed when the game is launched. You must read the rules of the relevant game before playing.

6.1 Betting & Wagering

• Each bet has its own minimum and maximum limits, which are displayed in the game interface.
• A bet or game round once confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is interrupted due to a software or network error, tkv6 will notify you of its decision after investigation.

6.2 Game Results

All games are run on the basis of fair play and Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. If a technical error is found in a game result, tkv6 reserves the right to void the relevant bet and refund the amount.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tkv6 platform and may result in account cancellation:

• Any attempt at fraud, deception, or unfairly exploiting the system.
• Using multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or circumvent bonus conditions.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, or other technologies to play games.
• Sending or receiving payments from third-party accounts.
• Attempting to hack or intrude into tkv6's systems, servers, or network.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving inappropriately toward other users.
• Opening an account for a minor or gaming on their behalf.

If prohibited activities are proven, all winnings and bonuses earned from the relevant account will be forfeited and legal action may be taken if necessary.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the tkv6 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, databases, and other elements — is the intellectual property of tkv6 and is protected by applicable law. Copying, reproducing, distributing, or using tkv6 content for any purpose other than personal use is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

tkv6 accepts no liability in the following situations:

• Disruption to the gaming experience due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Errors or disruptions caused by third-party game software providers.
• Compatibility issues with your device or browser.
• Loss resulting from sharing your account security credentials with others.
• Financial loss arising from gaming — all gaming decisions are made at the user's own risk.

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. tkv6 makes no guarantee of uninterrupted service or specific outcomes.

tkv6 may suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms is violated.
• If fraud or prohibited activity is suspected.
• If KYC verification fails or false information has been provided.
• If a financial investigation is required.
• Due to regulatory or legal obligations.

11.2 User Rights
